Call for Applications
The SFIAR offers an annual Award for scientists working for a Swiss institution in agricultural research for development. The SFIAR Award 2013 is restricted to team projects, in addition the best Master thesis project will be awarded.

SDC / KFPE Research Fair: Documentation available
Under the title "Results and Innovations from Transnational Research Partnerships" the Research Fair provided an opportunity for exchange and dialogue between science, policy, and practice. Ideas Competition: Fight Food Losses & Food Waste
The Swiss National FAO Committee has launched a student competition aiming to develop innovative ideas on how to fight food waste in Switzerland and postharvest losses in developing countries. The best ideas will be awarded at a public event on the eve of World Food Day 2013. Deadline for applications: 30 August 2013
